Christmas is Coming

With the weather being thoroughly rotten again, for the second day running I didn't get out for a lunchtime walk. Instead, on my way home from Derby I took a short walk to the Frankfurt Christmas Market at Birmingham's Victoria Square.

Unfortunately I only have a compact camera with me on days working in Derby, and it isn't good for night photography. This was my best shot, looking across Dhruva Mistry's water feature (officially called "The River" but popularly known as the the Floozie in the Jacuzzi), with the Council House in the background.
