It’s that time of the year when the ravages of the festivals are being returned to their more pristine selves. Today’s blip is Charlotte Square where the book festival damage is being re-instated. The extra is of a no entry sign in St Andrew Square that has been vandalised / ‘modified’ / enhanced, depending on your viewpoint.
