Spiders are busy

Always a good time of year for spider webs, this one caught my eye shining in the sun as we were eating lunch today.

It was such a detailed web, but difficult to get a good picture as the background is rather cluttered.

Today has been a bit of a non event.  I tweaked my knee this morning whilst getting dressed, and had to retire to my chair with my leg up for most of the day.  W slept badly, has been tired all day, and is now having to force himself to clear some books from a bookshelf.   We have someone coming in the morning to deal with a damp patch, and the bookcase will need to be moved.
