Early Start!

Messed up my timings this morning and ended up at the gym 25 mins before the start of my Body Pump class! That week's holiday has knocked me out of sync.

It's been a couple of weeks now since I last done Bodypump due to holidays and early morning car trouble so I decided to drop my weights down a bit and concentrate on my technique. I don't find lifting weights to be a very natural activity, Hobbits don't do lifting before at least 2 breakfasts, but do appreciate that it is a good thing to do in any training plan - can't do cardio workouts every time. Didn't get shouted at by the stupendous one during the back track about my feet pointing out so all good !!!

Bonus of the day was that I won the standing climb race in my RPM class, that pleased me greatly as like weights, climbing is not that natural to me :)
