Wood Sandwich

Milling lumber for the next project -- don't bother asking -- you'll just have to wait and see. The light wood is maple, and the dark is probably sapele -- it's repurposed wood from the Re Store.  The maple is already milled to finished thickness but the sapele needs to be band sawn and planed thinner.

Extra is the apple crop from our dwarf tree. We thinned out the apples when they were small, but didn't thin them enough.
