Had a really nice lunch today with a friend from Amazon - we haven't seen each other in probably a year so we had a lot to catch up on. I had this delicious salad (those are shrimp around the edges). The conversation ranged all over the place from quite serious (her miscarriage) to very frivolous (a Bachelor recap - I know, I think less of myself for watching it so you can too). 

Salem got her stitches out. She gets a little more back to normal each day.
