Hats

There is a festival in Oviedo at present.  This seems to involve mostly a lot of eating and drinking in the streets, with some incidental music - from bagpipes, via folk groups to rock bands. It was interesting to see how the bored-looking young people in the bagpipe band mostly resorted to non-medieval mobile phones whilst waiting for their parade to start.

I also spotted Woody Allen with some other chap, rainbow benches, a unique shop and some splendid street-food stalls.
