First view of Belgrade

If you peer carefully, you will see that this is a cheat's blip, a photo of a photo in my hotel room. This is because as yet I have seen very little of the outside of Belgrade. I arrived in the dark yesterday and went to work in my temporary office for all the hours of daylight today. But it is really great to be back in Eastern Europe and my first visit to Serbia. There is a really nice feel to the place and hopefully I (and you!) will get to see a bit more of it in due course.
