Stanislas River
This is a lazier section of the Stanislas before it starts a faster run over boulders and rocks as it makes it way down the Western Sierra. This is taken at about 6,000 feet, in wonderful morning light. The Stanislas is also a great fishing river for rainbow trout - with cold water year around. Just difficult to wade because of the speed of the water, and challenging to fish from the bank since there are so many tress and shrubs clustered right on the shoreline.
Hard to decide between the color or b&w, so I posted the b&w in extras.
