In A Roundabout Way

A rainbow over Stenton, looking north-east from Pressmennan. The wind blew the weather over in a succession of light and shade. I wasn't feeling great (suspected man-flu coming on!) so I went out for a gentle ride to get things moving.

I was walking across this field hoping for a view of the incoming weather when I was privileged to this display. With the sun so low at this time of year, the arc of the rainbow is high and clear. The tractor tracks make for a simple geometric composition that I'm pleased with.

Big Lines and Curves.

I arrived home feeling much better, and with the children here for the week it's just as well! An early night in store I hope.
