Ruth

Up to the university today to have lunch with Ruth. I first met Ruth in February 1996 when I returned to study for a postgraduate qualification at Stirling. Ruth was one of the lecturers. She was, and still is, a memorably supportive and skilled teacher. It's so nice to have remained in touch and I really enjoy our, unfortunately infrequent, lunches. Good to get all the news.

Off to pick up the three year old from nursery and get back into the Tuesday/Wednesday childminding routine.
