Eye catchingly Yellow!

Residencial accommodation in Spain is organised by Communities of Owners......
I Blipped this block, because it is such a good example, of where the Community decided ...
We will have yellow toldos...... (blinds)....and amazingly......
they have!......without exception!
Can you imagine how difficult it can be, to get every owner, to act in unison?!
