Back in time

The Landmark Trust had an open day this weekend so we got off into North Yorkshire to visit The Ruin at Hack Fall. It's a gem.
Only a few hundred years old though so later we popped over to the Roman site at Aldborough. Site of a couple of gorgeous mosaics. Still a bit modern mind so we finished off with a photo stop at the Devil's Arrows in Boroughbridge. 3 prehistoric standing stones.
We really enjoyed our time travelling day.
