Spring Cottage Cafe

A lovely catch up today with a friend and work,colleague, who we'd not seen probably for the best part of ten years, even though we live less than 25 miles apart!!

We met near Rivington, in the lovely little Spring Cottage Cafe.....none of us had been. before, but we will definitely be going back!

Its owned and run by two sisters, one of them is featured here at the counter, where all their yummy cakes are displayed.

We had coffee, lunch and cake, all delicious, and left almost four hours later, after a massive catch up, agreeing to meet up on a regular basis now that JC has retired too :-)
