Sous chef

I have been catching up after a busy weekend. I made some soda bread, did some admin and edited a Christmas card list. The Christmas cake has been made and the turkey ordered. This afternoon I was relegated to the role of sous chef as the Christmas pudding mix was prepared. All these jobs have to be done early as work will get manic as we approach the festive season.
