Frittata!

As I may have mentioned before, Husband Dear has become a master of the frittata. While the previous shot provided you with an overall view, here is the section.

This one was made on a day of my back-to-back classes, when I make it a point to stop by the house for lunch to keep my sanity. Being at my home grounds me, makes me feel like all is well in the world, even when the place is a mess. And I was very grateful to walk into the house that smelled divinely, with a freshly made slice of frittata waiting for me, plus my Husband Dear. A good day.
