Drying off

A rather damp start to the day so a bit of a leisurely morning . Julie had a couple of thing to sort out so late morning we decided to head down to Hartsholme park for a stroll seeing as the rain had stopped.We decided not to go to far as this evening we are going to the pictures to watch The Nun which is the latest instalment of the conjuring a series of horror films.
We took a few shots on our walk around. I really like this shot of the cormorants preening and drying of its wings.I have included an extra of the boathouse as you can see from the leaves Autumn is just around the corner .We enjoyed a sausage bap from the cafe there  which will keep us going till tea.
