Lamplight

My beautifully planned blip expedition failed when I found there were double yellows for about 500 metres on all sides of my subject; I had the choice of parking, walking & braving the pouring rain or being a wimp, so I chose the latter and came home to read the new Barbara Kingsolver (bargain at £8.00 hardback in the well known supermarket chain that we all slag off) .

By dreich early afternoon, energy saving lightbulbs couldn't brighten the room but the lamp produced a lazy blip..
