The art of war

This is a beautiful Chinese silk book. You have white gloves to handle it! The writing is Chinese andgoes up and down contrary to western writing. Needless to say I don’t know what this bit means!

This is my version of exotic from a far off land!

A very quiet day mostly spent at home with just a walk to the library, and a coffee/ hot chocolate in Peets Corner as we arrived before the library opened at midday!! Otherwise washing, ironing etc: preparations for travel to see Ro’s cousin in Paso Robles tomorrow!
