Seattle II

The bottom of the space for Amazon's new building.  This base has at least 4 levels.  Plus, what I assume is concrete has pleasing pastel colors.  Not being in construction, I can only speculate that this is due to certain additives with useful properties, since no one will see it once the building begins taking shape.
