Seattle I

So I went to Alaska and returned with 283 photos.  They begin in Seattle.  I think I heard it has the most construction of any large US city at present.  This was going on right next to our hotel.  A new high rise is going up, dominated by Amazon.  This is one perimeter wall, below the street level.  As can be seen from the stairwell on the right, it's quite a few stories down.  It looks like the retaining wall is copper clad, and I found the red metallic mosaic look unintentionally rather beautiful.
