Boletus edulis

Today I got lucky! Walking in the Estate with K and Django I spotted a cep which was so well buried in vegetation that its cap looked like a stone. It was the ugliest cep I've ever seen, but one of the biggest! The prepared weight was 290g and it was delicious!

Earlier I'd written my talk for Wednesday so, tomorrow, I can enjoy meeting the new MSc students.
