Texas de Brazil

is an authentic Brazilian-American "Churrascaria" or steakhouse that combines the cuisines of Southern Brazil with the generous spirit of Texas. yummy!

the salad bar has 50-60 items (normal salad plus amazing items like sushi rolls, grilled peppers, specialty cheeses, lobster bisque ) and the servers come to your table with a variety of roasted meat on skewers (lamb, flank steak, filet mignon, parmesan chicken, etc). Needless to say it was decadent.

i didn't really eat much breakfast or lunch knowing dinner would be more than enough.

our table of 8 (all med school) had a great time feasting and enjoying each other's company. its always so fun to hangout outside of school, away from books & library.
