chickie chickie parm parm

this dinner might look perfect, might smell wonderful but trust me. it wasn't.

the chicken was tough and chewy. just overall bad texture. And to top it off the salad wasn't good either--squishy, bad tasting tomatoes--and I am a tomato lover, but I couldn't handle these ones. Normally our dinners turn out well, but this is just a reminder that the ingredients matter.

poor quality in = poor quality out.

so. to salvage the meal. we went for a walk. and got some gelato!
3 flavors in one cup: limoncello, pistachio, and hazelnut. best combo ever.
