Greenwich

We went to Greenwich this morning to meet Jo who was also in London this weekend visiting her family.  We met at the Cutty Sark and went to Starbucks for a coffee. After refreshments we had a walk round including a visit to Greenwich market.  We had lunch at a noodle restaurant then later a coffee at Costa, a nice day of sightseeing with breaks!

Jo went back to where she was staying and Ann and I caught the pleasure cruiser from Greenwich pier to Westminster.

After a break back at the hotel Emma came round and we went for a meal at The Real Greek restaurant on Paddington Street, Marylebone.  A delicious selection of various Greek dishes.

The extra is the entrance to the foot tunnel under the Thames opened in 1902.
