Pony at Princetown

Busy morning washing & cleaning cars, then we put a roast in the oven on timer and went up to Princetown on the moors for a walk.

Youngest son stayed at home but my eldest Chris went on the walk along with Me, Steve & Meg the dog. It was lovely to have a walk on the moors to blow the cobwebs away.

We must have walked on this unused railway track loads of times but we all only realised today that you can see the sea from here - we were surprised because we are in the middle of dartmoor and a long way from the sea but as we are about 600ft up it gives us a view over all the hills, you can just see the sea in the far right hand corner of the shot.

Not much to see this time of year but I was rather pleased that this pony was obliging enough to pose for this photo.
