2018 Saturday — Freezer Space

Yesterday the new kitchen appliances arrived. The refrigerator is a side-by-side double door, cabinet depth, with ice maker, Whirlpool brand (which is a step-down from the Kitchen-Aid we have at our little Central Coast home).

Today we’ve realized that if we re-positioned the shelves in the freezer, quite a bit of space is available for another one or two shelves to be added.

So I contacted Nate the salesman at the appliance store to ask about purchasing another one or two shelves. He did the research and responded that each new shelf would cost $95.00. Egads! He also checked to make sure there were no excess shelves in their warehouse and there are not. So I will begin my “hunt” to find one or two in a refrigerator graveyard.

I’ve included all of this information here not because it needs to be in Blip-land, but because someday I’ll want or need to reference the arrival of these new appliances.
