Quince And Bramble Jelly

I have been picking brambles every other day and freezing them until I had enough to add to the quince. This morning I defrosted them and have been a little surprised by the amount of jelly I got from this. (Extra). It seems to be setting nicely. 

We now have strawberry jam, blueberry jam and quince and apple jelly to see us through the winter. The strawberries, blueberries and quince have been picked from the garden and the brambles are growing wild.

Next harvest will be the apples and pears.
