Rain washed Fuschia flowers

I was delighted that there was proper rain fall today, so much so that I took all our houseplants out into the garden to be washed and refreshed. I also did the same for the pot plants in the garden cabin. I feel they are now ready for the coming autumn and winter and will just need a good 'feed' to make them happy.

This fuschia is one I'd bought early this spring as a small cutting from a reputable garden centre. I'm rather pleased to see how it has slowly risen to the occasion and began flowering as we returned from our sunny holiday in Spain.
