Double Dripping

I hadn't intended to make jelly again but we collected enough blackberries on Saturday to make a few varieties in the tiny jars to sell at church for he new project.

On the left - an experimental combination of Blackberry and Elderflower, not from a known recipe. I had picked the flowers and frozen them, to test whether they remain suitable for future use. I have made this up so taste testing tomorrow.

On the right - Blackberry and Apple in a proportion of 2:1, to be made up tomorrow morning as we do not mind the Flumlet until later.
