So how about replacing our car with a new version of the same thing? We went for a test drive of a Citroen Grand C4 Spacetourer today - and loved it a whole lot more than the Mercedes estates yesterday.

A few new features have been added in the last 10 years (and a couple have been taken away) - but overall, it ticked all our boxes quite nicely.

We paid a deposit for a shiny red one.
