Red, red wine... One bottle is definitely enough!

Last night I really let my hair down and today I'm wishing I hadn't bought that second bottle of wine... I'm rather ashamed to admit that today has mostly been spent mooching around my bungalow feeling rather sorry for my self inflicted hangover.

The new Hanoian (a expat social community) organised a weekend in Tam Dao for Hanoian expats and so last night S. A. P. A. and myself all caught a taxi up the mountain for a night of drinking and dancing. It was good to finally have a social event out in our neck of the woods instead of having to go into Ha Noi to have any sort of social life. Just wish I wasn't paying for it today!

I had great intentions of going for a bike ride today and capturing lots of village life blips, but in the end I could only manage a short 50 metre walk from my bungalow, where I snapped these gorgeous piggies. Such curious animals with amazing intelligence... and pretty darn cute too!

So glad this week is over. Friday was such a sad, sad day that I have only just backblipped today. But we did send home to happy healthy little pups that we've been treating all week :)
