On a Clear Day.....

.......in November, one really could see for miles and miles! What a day, blue skies and sunshine, so another afternoon hike with friends, which began with a steady uphill climb onto the Pekeen Ridge and Caha mountain, the temperature was quite different on the top, with a very cold wind from the North West and the risk of a hale shower, I was feeling rather inadequately dressed but at least the showers passed us by. This is the view back toward Seefin mountain the highest on the peninsula, the brown fernane grass becomes more burnt orange as the sun sinks lower in the sky. It was a bit of a relief to come down off the ridge and head toward the coast.
