Ophelia

This morning I ran 9k with Run Timaru, running along side Glenda who is training for the Auckland 1/2 Marathon, it was a nice run trotting along at around 6.45 pace. This afternoon Marie and i went into The frontrunner to see Becs as Marie wants to reshoot the group photos of the Staff. While we were there I saw Thomas and Ophelia, I used to coach both of them, Ophelia is at university studying Chemistry, doing a BSc and working her way to a Post graduate.
