Gourd

A couple of months I bought some courgette plants and a few other plants that have produced these squashes.  I have no idea what they are as I did not keep the labels.  I also don't know how to judge when the fruits are ripe. I know there are summer and winter squashes.  A similar plant produced an orange round squash but these have more of a bell shape.  Someone out there might know what they are and when I should pick them.
