I tackled the largest marrow today and made marrow, broccoli and cheddar soup and marrow, spinach and cheddar soup.  They both tasted good. The marrow weighed in at over four kilos and there are more where it came from.  Perhaps I will tire of soup by the end of winter!  Any other tasty marrow recipe ideas gratefully received!
