Homemade Granola
The hardest part of making this No-bake healthy granola is keeping my fingers out of the bowl. Of course, I tested my mixture at least once to make sure it was good.! These are my husband and granddaughter‘s favorite snack to eat!
Ingredients:
3 1/2 cups of oats
1/2 a teaspoon of salt
6 to 8 pitted dates
1 cup of natural no sugar peanut butter
1/2 cup coconut oil
1/2 pure honey,
3/4 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup raw pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup 42% cacao chips
Instructions.
1. Line 9 x 13 pan with parchment paper
2. Blend half cup oats, salt and dates for one minute until processed into small bites, add peanut butter, coconut oil, honey and blend until smooth
3. Transfer make sure to large bowl and stir in remaining 3 cups of oats, add remaining ingredients
4. Press mixture into parchment paper lined it pan pressing down to make even
5. Refrigerate for one hour or put in freezer for 30 minutes.
6. Cut into 18 pieces, wrap each bar and keep an airtight container in the refrigerator.
