Looking after dad

Mr J suffering today.... he has extremely bad tennis elbow that has been the bane of his life for about the last 5 years.... progressively getting worse.

Today it was so bad that he stayed off work... the pain going right up to his shoulder and down to his hand.

It keeps him awake, it affects his work and his hobby.

It gets him down.

Wish I could make it go away....
