Backblip: Ba(i)led

We set off, without Chloé, for two or three nights away. The plan had been to go to a motorhome aire a few minutes away, so that if Chloé did not settle we could bring her home again before going further afield. In the event we judged her to be just too stressed to even try taking her with us.

We could have missed out the local stop as unnecessary but decided that we might as well go there anyway. As things turned out, this was just as well. When we got up this morning we found that the shower room had sprung a leak. So we turned around and came home to sort the problem out. 

We need to go to Limoges tomorrow to seek a spare part.

The vineyard, the brewery, the arboretum and the restaurant will all have to wait for another time.

I don't seem to have a photo for today. This is a backblip for Monday. There is a Tourism Office presence at the aire in Moulismes and we popped in to request a walks leaflet. We found a 6.5 km walk that starts right by the aire, so we took Nell off to do that. I took this snap on our way round.
