Great smile

This is my ex-trainer Stefan at the gym. He has such an engaging personality and of course a great smile so I really enjoyed training with him (while I was working and could afford to pay him). Now I just look forward to catching up with him when I go to the gym.

He did a great job training me so I have no problem coming up with my own workouts (which I write in a look book and share with him occasionally for advice and a pat on the back). He shows me pictures and videos of his adorable toddler.

There's so much to be said for a simple smile and basic kindness. 

Went to the Dr for my annual checkup today and had some blood taken for the usual tests. Already got the results back! My cholesterol is continuing to come down and is mostly back in the normal ranges. Hurray!! Much thanks and credit goes to Stefan for his training.
