Another car show

I felt like I had to put a couple of the cars in juxtaposition and these two seemed to be the right ones. So different! 

This was a car show held in our little neighborhood every year, put on by the owner of the Wedgwood Broiler (but I wouldn't eat there). My husband has entered his car in it for the last 2 years (maybe 3) but didn't bother this time. He did have his car entered at a show in Tacoma yesterday so I think he's just tired of it at this point in the summer. One summer, he put his antique motorcycle on the back of his El Camino and one a prize...

We had some rain today but not much. Salem and I did a neighborhood walk and I salivated over some dahlias that I saw - plate-sized and the prettiest pink. We started watching The Marvelous Mrs. Maisie on TV tonight - it's an Amazon series. It's better than I thought it would be.
