I was hesitant to fork out for the backstage tour at first, but we did and it was definitely worth it! Our tour guide was great, and you get shown some very emotional (for country music fans) videos and sights. We even got our pics taken centre stage on the famous unbroken wooden circle. I was so moved I even purchased a copy (of Heidi and Chloe singing into the mic), plus the softest sweater for me (an early birthday present!).
More ‘retail therapy’ followed (trainers for H, perfume for C), with evening dinner at the Cheesecake Factory.
