Casting a long shadow
What a gorgeous day! Fresh but sunny and everywhere looking fabulous. I left Himself half way up a mountain and arranged to meet him 5 hours later! I had a few odd jobs to do in Bantry, some cards to deliver in Kilcrohane and then a did a bit of sitting in the sunshine leisurely gardening accompanied by a small fox. I told her she had a fan club and she was somewhat nonchalant in truth. And now I have just had a beautiful swim, high tide. I have also pursued the red admirals and peacocks that have finally appeared on the buddleia. This one was momentarily distracted by having a quick sunbathe on the kayak making some good shadows,
It's clouding over now and heavy rain is forecast for tomorrow. The Pope is in town and doing open air stuff in Dublin and Knock. A very mixed reception this time round.
