VERY SMALL OR FAR AWAY

A quick foray to Spion Kop cemetery on the Headland this afternoon where I blipped this grasshopper - about an inch long - and also noted that Sunderland along the coast to the north was clearly visible today (extra). It's about 20 miles away by road, a few miles less as the gull flies. Seaham harbour and lighthouse are on the left hand side of the photo.
