Basically no one should be forced to cook 7 days a week and Friday is one day when you should indulge yourself after battling through the rest of the week ...
On tonight''s menu was Steak Au Poivre, Dauphinoise Potatoes and Vegetable medley followed by a salted caramel and toffee blondie ... warmed with creme fraiche!
I regularly make this meal from scratch but as I said I am a lzy cook ... so tonight it was ready meal all the way ... well as you can see I did have to actually cook the fillet steak ...
