Back On Ham Hill

I met up with my friend Roger and Carly, his golden retriever, for one of our regular walks on Ham Hill this morning. I never tire of this view of the War Memorial, which is why I've featured on here more than once already.

We did rather more sitting outside the pub, chatting over a coffee or two, than walking but it was good to catch up.

Managed to do a few domestic jobs this afternoon.

Last night's 0-0 draw between Yeovil and Oldham was an entertaining one despite the lack of goals. We did well to match their physically strong game, something we wouldn't have done last year and, with both teams playing attractive attacking football, a point apiece was a fair result.
