Market Day

Had difficulty in finding a place to park in Romsey town today, but then realised it’s market day.

Well the first of three regular weekly market days. And a bright and warm sunny day appeared to have brought out visitors as well.

It was sufficient for me to take a leisurely stroll through the town, with no serious shopping intent in mind.

But then, that is one of the attractions of the Hampshire town. You don’t need a purpose to savour, and enjoy its character
