Sunday: Hazy Day

The haze from the forest fires is casting an eerie orange glow around the place.  It feels quite apocalyptic.  The sky here is not overcast, but hazy with smoke.

It didn't stop us going for a bike ride, but we didn't make it too ambitious - just along Jericho Beach for a bit.  We cooked a splendid meal together this evening - an orange tamarind sablefish, in a sake marinade.......
