Popped...

...my meditation app on for a few minutes last night. At some point during the meditation the wee fella joined me, he was siting like this when I opened my eyes:-)

Earlier MrR and I had been at the rowing club summer party with the Rooster. He picked up a wee award for “Best improved junior” :-)

Grateful for a relaxing wee Saturday.
