Dougal and Florence

No Florence I am not coming into the garden, it is very wet. I have been out a dozen times and every time my feet got wet. I shall sit here on the back steps and demand to be let in again.

A very wet day although it did stop raining in the afternoon, but as Dougal says above, the grass was very wet and soggy; still no pond though. The hospital rang to say my husband’s op was likely to be Monday, but if they got a cancellation for Friday we were on standby.
